Payment

To book your session, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is required. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your session. This allows us to reserve your session time and ensures that we have ample time to prepare for your shoot. If you have any questions or concerns about the pricing structure, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I want to make sure that the pricing is clear and transparent so that you can feel confident and excited about your upcoming session.

Terms of Service

Services
Mika Flur Photography agrees to provide photography services for the client in accordance with the specifications outlined in the contract or agreement between the parties.Ownership
The client shall retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the photographs taken by the fashion photographer, except as expressly provided in the contract or agreement between the parties.Usage
The client may use the photographs for their intended purpose as specified in the contract or agreement between the parties. Any other use of the photographs shall require the prior written consent of the fashion photographer.Payment
The client shall pay Mika Flur Photography in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the contract or agreement between the parties.Confidentiality
Mika Flur Photography shall not disclose any confidential information of the client, including but not limited to, trade secrets, marketing plans, or financial information.Indemnification
Mika Flur Photography shall indemnify and hold harmless the client from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the photographer's services, including any breach of the terms of the contract or agreement between the parties.Limitation of Liability
Mika Flur Photography's liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the services provided under the contract or agreement between the parties shall be limited to the amount paid by the client to the photographer for such services.Termination
Either party may terminate the contract or agreement between the parties upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable time after written notice of such breach.Governing Law
The contract or agreement between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the services are performed.Entire Agreement
The contract or agreement between the parties constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

Photo Release Form

I hereby grant permission to Mika Flur Photography, represented by Tamika Faurelus, to use photographs taken of me, my family, or my property during our photography session for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, advertising, social media, and website display.I understand and agree to the followingOwnership: I acknowledge that Mika Flur Photography retains all rights to the photographs taken during the session, including the copyright, and that I have no rights to reproduce or sell the photographs without the express written consent of Mika Flur Photography.Model Release: I grant Mika Flur Photography the right to use my name, likeness, and voice in connection with the photographs taken during the session, without any further compensation or notification.Confidentiality: Mika Flur Photography agrees to keep any sensitive or private information shared during the session confidential, and will not disclose it to any third parties without my prior consent.Release of Liability: I release Mika Flur Photography, its agents, employees, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Compensation: I understand that no financial compensation will be provided to me for the use of the photographs taken during the session.Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mika Flur Photography from any claims or damages resulting from my unauthorized use or reproduction of the photographs.
